Refund Policy

Your Right to Cancel 

 

If you bought your keyboard online, by phone, or by mail, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, please email us at WBKeyboards@gmail.com with your order number and confirm you want to cancel the order. You then have another 7 days to return the keyboard to us (7 days to post it).We will refund the full purchase price, (not including delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Condition of Returns

 

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. You may handle the keyboard to inspect it in the same way you would in a shop, but if it’s been used beyond that (e.g. showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components/accessories), we may make a deduction from your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your keyboard arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This is so long as you report the damage or fault within 7 days. Please contact us at WBKeyboards@gmail.com with photographic proof of damage and a description of the fault before returning a faulty/damaged item so we can arrange the best solution for you. 

How to Return an Item

 

You will receive a return email within 24 hours with instructions on how to go about returning your item if your return request has been accepted. You will be expected to pay for postage.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made using your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
