This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of orders placed through our website. Please read carefully before placing an order.
 

Delivery Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:


Standard Delivery full coverage May vary depending on your whereabouts. If shipping is not available where you live, please reach out and we will make that an option.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • Orders placed after 8pm may be processed the next working day.

  • These delivery times are approximate and not exact. Items may take longer than advertised to arrive.
     

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 weeks. This is because we are a supply and demand business and currently do not have a constant stock piled up.

  • During peak periods (e.g., sales, holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer.
     

Delivery Partners

We use trust couriers such as:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • In Post

Tracking (where applicable) will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
 

Missed Deliveries

  • The courier may leave a calling card or email/text you.

  • You can rearrange delivery directly with the courier.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Delivery Issues

 

Please contact us immediately if:

  • Your parcel does not arrive.

  • Your parcel arrives damaged.

  • Your order is incomplete or incorrect.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

 

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to address errors, we may charge for redelivery.
